Some plumbing jobs come up so often that we can price them before we arrive. Replacing a tap, a shower cartridge, a toilet syphon or ball valve, an immersion element or a radiator valve, connecting a washing machine or dishwasher, fitting an outside tap or connecting a gas cooker are all jobs with a known scope and a known price.

You tell us the job when you call or book online, we confirm the price, and the engineer arrives with the parts. If something turns out to be different when we get there, for example a seized isolation valve or pipework that has to be altered, we tell you and agree any change before carrying on. Jobs not on the list are quoted before we start.
