How it works
1. What do you need
Choose the service, or describe the problem in your own words. If the boiler is showing a fault code, include it. For a fixed-price job, tell us which one so the engineer brings the right parts.
2. Where are you
Your postcode and the first line of the address. We cover the whole of Essex from Bowers Gifford, Basildon, and the postcode tells us which engineer is closest.
3. Your details
Your name, phone number and email, and the days or times that suit you. We check the diary and come back to you by phone or email to confirm the appointment. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it with you.
Planned work is booked at a time that suits you. Call-out and most plumbing repairs start from £90, a gas cooker or hob installation is £120, and larger jobs are quoted after a survey.
